Where's all the hype for Borderlands 3? Do we have to wait for a trailer to get it started? Hype and anticipation are big things leading up to the release of a game, but Borderlands 3 doesn't seem to have any. Now, part of this may be because the game hasn't gotten a trailer, a teaser, or anything else, but shouldn't there be more hype going on for it? That's what Paste Magazine thinks, and we're curious what you think about it.
I do not think a trailer is necessary but we all know it helps to really get things started, and especially how they keep improving. The visuals really get me going, but at the same time you are right we don't need it to start talking and hoping and wishing.
I think compared to the previous borderlands releases. This one seems to be not much to be honest. Buzz needs to be there. But not much from what I anticipated.
I don't think much buzz needs to go out for Borderlands 3 just yet, people might get a bit too hype too soon.
Eh like many other people probably I try to avoid getting too hyped until the game is close to being released. It's borderline painful when you get a release date that is far away and then think about the game every day until it gets released.
They fear that for a good reason. Games that are released with little marketing usually sell pretty badly.
Somebody really needs to hype the Borderlands 3 game some more, because it would really build the excitement up with people who like this game- and they would probably sell more copies of this game also. But this game seems to be still in the development stage so it may be awhile before the hype gets going.
The trailer is good and everything, but we all know Gearbox has been hinting for a while that Borderlands 3 is in the workings. I hope we will get to see it before the end of 2019.
I am really hoping that Gearbox is going to take care of everything concerning Borderlands 3, by the end of 2018.
Getting excited about a game is great and everything, but that excitement is nothing without the actual game. I really hope we won't have to wait until the end of 2019 in order to play Borderlands 3.
Since they missed this years E3, doubtful. But who knows, maybe the game is almost done and they want to keep it silent for whatever reason.
Seems that there is a lot of waiting on someone to do something which is probably one of the more frustrating parts about new games coming out. I guess we should just let it runs it course but at some point we need something here.
