I'm not one of those people who look into the future and go like, ' This console, just because it is old, isn't going to be worth a million Bitcoins in a couple of decades' so I'm not keeping any unused consoles at my house. Maybe they will be worth something some imaginable day, but maybe they won't. I like to give very accurate predictions. Stick with me
I'm not one of those sentimental types. so every old console that I have ever owned, I either sold it or give it away. Currently, I do own a ps3 and a ps4, so these I'll get to keep.
I think classic phones and consoles are having a lot of display value. And so theya re being sold for some good price on ebay. So I think it'd be reasonable to have a classic console in your side.
Personally, I haven't owned that many consoles. But the few that I've had and got tired of, I always sell. I still own a ps2 and ps3, and there I'd no way I'm ever selling these.
I still have my SNES with me that I used to play way back in high school. I tried playing with it again a couple of years back, but it's dead. I might look for someone to fix it if I have the time for nostalgic purposes.
I still have my old xbox cube but I don't use it anymore. My mom keep it in the storage room. The last time I saw it, it was still working.
I don't see much value keeping old console. Unless ofcourse if you want to sell them fro some amount. Then it is different story.
