We are of course all fans of the Borderlands series. We love the games for a number of different reasons, that might differ for every individual. Now imagine if there is a new Borderlands game in development: what new features would add to make it even greater? To make it truly a masterpiece like the previous games?
As someone who hasn't been playing Borderlands that long, I have to say that so far the game has exceeded all my expectations, but I do know that as I play longer, I will start to see more of what could be improved.
More melee weapons and features during endgame would be nice. The melee weapons are decent at first but are quite hard to use during endgame (nevertheless, there's still a lot of pros that can use it). Aside from that, maybe an even wider variety of classes/characters would be nice. What we currently have is good, but it can be better.
I would say that a little bit more of a story line might help, but then again I tend to say that about every game after it has been a while. Maybe a new one is just in order so I can switch the focus.
