Do you ever consider health issues related to playing games using a pc? A pc is an electronic device and we all understand the effeects of electronic machines on our health-the most common being cancer causing. Are you concious about that when you are handling a pc?

That's interesting huh? But I guess those illness are the possible thing that we might get when we are overusing our gadgets without giving the time to eat and rehydrate our body.

Well i have been playing and using my PC for years, as far as i am concern my health is fine. Using your PC for long hours might have some health issues, but i think its not the PC to blame. Discipline and responsibility should be considered in any activity.

I'm aware of it, using PC for uncontrolled hours can be harmful to our health. But we can't blame the PC for it. It's not the PC who decides for our life, it's us. It's not a bad thing to play games, what makes it worse, is when we already forget our self just to play. And it's not just the PC's radiation I'm talking about. Sometimes, we forget to eat and skip meals which is not good for our stomach. We should take care of ourselves before playing hard.

Yeah it is true. Self discipline is key when using technological gadgets.

I have been using PC's and laptops over the years not only in gaming but also for work, and I turn out fine. The downside of being overexposed on electronic devices has something to do with your eyes; it gets blurry. So it's best always to take short breaks and to adjust the text size displayed on your computer or smartphones to a format that is comfortable for your eyes.

I think spending too much time on computer is not good for health. And we should be seriously thinking about this. And not waste out time and money on this type of the stuff. You can see limited gaming is good.

Yes. I think it is wise to limit our time on those machines.

I got eye damage because of playing too much at night. Now I have to use eye glasses. I guess I didnt consider health issues before. I was too young back then.

Health is a priority for me that's why I limit the amount of time I play on a computer to around twice a week. I also make sure I stretch and jog after playing.

True. I experienced eye problems as well before when I used to get addicted to playing games overnight with the lights off in my room. The ophthalmologist said that if ever I will be engaging in such an activity, make sure that the room is well-lit as to not make my eyes have a hard time to cope with the light.

For me the process of gaming has affected a lot . I have learned from the experience that health both mental and physical gets affected. And one should be careful about what they do with the gaming. Avoid gaming all the time.

I support you in this. We should limit our time of focusing on screen and also set our gadgets' screen brightness to a level not likely to affect our eyes, and many more.

People often neglect working out which can help prevent such things

You mean exercise can prevent computer fatigue? I think that moderation in computer use is enough to prevent it.

Yes, it can. Working out create wonders for our body. On a side note, why do I have a feeling that I personally know you, where are you from?
