Favourite Weapons

i liked the chimeras i collected around 15 of them and i also liked the atlas twisted shredder SMG as i could litterally make a cloud of bullets that ricochet like hell

 

i could never stop using the rocket launchers, and i loved the ones that exploded on the way to my target, i think it was the mongol or the rhino, or the redemption possibly?

 

It was the Rhino. Never really liked rocket launchers though, too slow and ineffective until later in the game, by then your other weapon's proficiencies were so high it just didn't make sense to use rockets anymore.

Favourite class of weapon would be assault rifles, especially of the stomper sub-type. It was my main weapon throughout, just a combination of loads of power with high accuracy and reload speed, made for a relatively quick and safe progression. Great for taking out enemies from afar aswell as engaging in close combat.

Favourite unique weapon is hands down the Hellfire. Decent overall stats with big magazine, procs at every bullet and sustained damage over time? Fire damage works wonders with almost every type of enemy and you can have up to 1400 (?) ammo with SMGs, one can sweep entire areas in a few minutes with it alone.

 

I like SMG's, but I also like a good old fashioned Shotty!

I liked a combination of the give sick revolver and a high fire rate machine gun. As I would shoot an enemy with the revolver and then kill them with the machine gun.

 

I would have to say my favorite weapon was the Ogre, I loved to see Psychos turned into giblets. Overall it was my weapon of choice for almost all boss fights in my 2nd and 2.5 playthroughs.

 

Borderlands Fave

I perticularly like a combo of smgs and sniper rifles. Usually kept a good shotgun in my back pocket just incase. Smgs with a good elemental effect were priceless. I must had never really had a good rocket launcher because they never really impressed me much.

 

By the time I played through the DLC and leveled all the way to 69, my gun setup was cemented and hasn't changed.

I love the shotguns mostly but there are so many good guns it never gets old trying new things.

so far im into the jakobs revolvers.

 

Loved the Orion snipers.......yet to find a decent sniper in B2, even Mordecai's buried chest had nothing good in it!!!

I have a Jakobs Pistol with a Blade attached. It's my favorite weapon yet. :3

 

Been gathering up Tediore weapons, lately. Pretty interesting that your can throw it and explodes.
