A level 61 character currently receives 57 skill points to distribute. With a 2nd increase you have 68?!?!?! JEEZ! Not to complain, but I don't really feel like I need another 11 levels. My Characters are pretty good at the level they're at. I'm not sure whether I'm really excited or not. I think it will be after awhile, it'll probably just scale like UVHM. Because of the extra levels you'll probably have an advantage since you'll have those 11 more skill points. I'm sort of excited that I'll get to spec into more health regen on my characters, especially Maya. I think UVHM is as far as they need to go in terms of difficulty, optional level scaling for the 2nd Vault hunter pack satisfies the likes of Bahroo and people who want to kill raid bosses in 5 seconds. If they made an "Insane" mode required to progress, i think I'd stop playing.
