We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new Reputation System! Here's a brief explanation of what it is and what it does: Here's an example of giving reputation: Simply click the Scale icon, click whether you liked or disliked the post, and leave a comment! "Reputation Power" is how big your ability change another persons Rep is. For example, if you have a lot of rep power, when you neg rep someone, you will drop their reputation power a lot more than the average user. Rep Power is calculated by how long you've been on the forum, how many posts you have, and what kind of reputation you have already received.
this is a very interesting take on forums. is this something new to forums or has been around a while? pretty cool if you ask me
Well I'm fairly new to the forums and I think this is awesome idea. Kinda keep the post in "check" so to speak.
