I used to have a house like that back in 1.7 but it was on a massive 500 block long land bridge over the ocean.
I don't nessesarily play it on PC or Xbox (duh) but I do play it on my Android phone. I even have the Bordercraft texture pack loaded on it. Its pretty cool and fun. Does anyone know where I could get a copy of Minecraft? Of course a paid version, but from the actual creators. I've tried searching for it once on a work computer and it didn't go through (or a bunch of other places came up that sold bootleg copies)
Could we post minecraft pics in this thread or can I start another. I'm interested in what people are creating
I would love to get around to building my own gaming PC and getting into the epic games like Minecraft and DayZ. It's all just so awesome. One of these days.
The creative mode is what sucked me back in. I am currently making pixel art of the 151 original pokemon
You really don't need a "gaming PC" to play Minecraft. I played it on my 2008 Macbook with integrated graphics...
Hey Sacrid, i've noticed many people saying that there computer runs too slow or can't handle it (no offense =))...but with a game thats nothing really but pixels and really no good graphics, wouldn't most computers be able to run this game np? or is it the engine itself that ruins people?
I started playing Minecraft a couple years ago. But lately, I haven't been playing it that much. Just got kind of bored of it.
I'm a huge minecraft fan, and I've been playing since late alpha. It's a pretty wonderful game that has had many, many hours of fun over it's life time. To this day I still play. Modding on PC has kept me continually interested in Minecraft despite it's simple nature, so the answer is yes, I do play Minecraft.
I have never played it before but my brother does. I'm wondering if I should pick it up? It looks pretty fun to be honest, i just wouldn't know how to play. Does it have a story mode, or is it just building?
You should definitely pick it up. It does have some sort of story mode but it relies on building. The best you can do in Minecraft is honestly pick it up with some friends and hop around custom servers and enjoy the different features of each (and maybe grief if your group does not care to get banned)
I might just try that! Any suggestions to start out? Is there any specific one I should try? I know there is a mobile version as well. If it doesn't matter as much I will just use my brothers ps3 copy and use that. Im pretty sure it still has space on it and he might be so happy about me picking it up that he gives me hints.
I've been playing it for 5 years now, I'm addicted to it, I love all the things you can create and additions. I've had my current map for 2 years now, I don't think I'll ever change it since I built so much.
