    We have created a new VIP Members usergroup! VIP's are members who have made significant contributions to Borderlands2Forum. These members enjoy great features not normal members simply do not.

    VIP Features Include:

    • Access to VIP Only section of the forum.
    • Ability to create custom user title.
    • Allowed to have larger avatar dimensions.
    • Greater Reputation power.
    • 5x Larger PM Box
    • Ability to Open/Close own threads.
    • Other hidden features.

    Those who have made significant contributions to Borderlands2Forum and have been around a long time will receive VIP status. The three current V.I.P.'s are RedFerrari1998, Moosemeat, and Alien Firefly. Moose and Alien have been around since the beginning, and all three are the most active members on the forum. Active as in they positively contribute to threads throughout the forum, not just because they have the most posts.

    Membership to the VIP group is based on a Sponsorship System. You must have FIVE sponsors who vouch for you before you can join the VIP group. Sponsors are current VIP and Staff members. There are certain restrictions on who is allowed to join based on how long they've been a member and how much they've contributed.

    Please do not message VIP's or Staff members asking for vouches. Good things come to those who contribute. If you're a great member, you'll eventually find your way in.

    Very sorry about that shadow, for a few minutes the VIP section was opened to all members, even unregistered ones. Though it shouldn't be long before you find your way in if you stay active. :)

    Lol I'm not too worried about it. The three minutes of awesome while randomly checking in from my phone after work while eating pizza was well worth the eventual disappointment. :)

    haha yeah

    I remember first joining and there were like 20 users. But this forum has always looked better and had better community than the regular gearbox one.

    i will agree with you on that. everyone on here is pretty mature and badass. gearbox ppl may be on that forum answering questions but i think we move more as a unit than them over there

    I enjoy when people on forums get butthurt for no reason. It just gives me more incentive to add fuel to their fiery rage ;)

    I joined on 27th September 2012, Moose joined a short while after the game was annouced so yeah, he's been around for longer

    I agree out of all the forums I have been on this forum seems to have the best community around. It is really the main reason I keep hanging around. In alot of ways its kinda like I really know the people on this forum. Atleast the active ones. In a way its become sort of an addiction. Lol
