where do you even go to start the tiny tina dlc??

you go to the Unassuming Docks on the fast travel in the game.

 

In the list of fast travel stations, Unassuming docks will be below the big game hunt travel stations. If you are on PC, it'll be the travel station in the botton left of the map, it will also be glowing purple.
