Ledgendary weapons early in the game?

    Ive played Borderlands 2 for a while now, a couple years at least, and I just recently got a level 5 lobbed bonus package from bewm boom on normal, and also a level 12 veruc from a loot midget. I got both of these in less than 1 hour. Has anyone else gotten ledgendaries that early in the game?

    It's rare but yes it happens, and btw Borderlands 2 hasn't even been out for 2 years.
