I don't think I'm the only one that prefers a PC over a console, the latter has a lot of limitations such as: Maximum quality is 1080p, games are locked at 24fps, not worth the price for the performance and so on.
It's better to invest in a PC rather than buy a console.

When it comes to video games, PC is definitely my go-to. I love the fact that when I become bored with a video game, I can easily modify it through downloadable content or fan-made mods. In my experience, games have run better through my PC. I love the fact that Steam is constantly having sales. The free game selection on Steam is full of quality content. There are just countless reasons as to why I love the PC versus Consoles.

Yeah, Steam is a really big plus in the argument, I also love modding. If it weren't for it I would be bored of GTA V, Minecraft or Skyrim already, but I still play those games years after they came out.

PC because you can still upgrade it no matter how old it get's compare to a console. once time hit's it it is hard to find parts to upgrade it.

I have to go with the "pc-gamer master race" with this. There are a lot of games on PC, you can mod them, you can upgrade your computer, you can often play older games without worrying about backwards compatibility, and there is Steam which is amazing.
Altough I don't hate console gaming, there a few exclusives that we'll never see on PC: Bloodborne, the Kingdom Hearts series, God of War, Red Dead Redemption... and of course all of the Nintendo stuff.
Both PC and console have a lot to offer, but I will always prefer PC.

Pc is better than a console as it has an option upgrade your system. I have a gaming PC. I have the high-quality graphic card installed on it. I have 2 joypads and a steering wheel. I always prefer to play the game on PC rather than a console.

Exactly, GTA V wouldn't have been nearly as fun if it wasn't for downloadable mods. The moral of the story is when you compare a console to PC gaming, is that with a console, you're limited. Generally, with a PC you have more gaming options in general. From upgrading your graphics card, increasing your ram, to downloading modded content. It's because of these factors that I've preferred PC gaming for several years now. In fact, a PS4 controller feels foreign to me (lol). I do own a Xbox One that was given to me as a gift. I, however, rarely use it nowadays.

I would love to play all the video games on My PC. I feel like I am having full control over the game. I can use all the features of any game. The console is a bit childish thing. I have a very high-quality graphic card installed on my PC. I can update this card or my ram anytime.

Everyone has a different choice but I love to enjoy the games on PC with dual shock controller.

Yep, me too, and most of my reasoning is the same. I also really like keyboard and a mouse as opposed to a controller. Yes, mods / addons rock.

I don't mind console games either, but most of the ones we have are pretty much stand alone. MMORPGs are my preferred genre.

They both have pros and cons, but I love my PC. I'm also more comfortable sitting at my desk to play than lying on the floor or the couch like my kids do.

I prefer to stick with consoles as the PCs tend to lag a lot especially with HD games. With consoles you never have to worry about lag.

What about if you use your console to play online, like against other people?

Any system can have lag as far as I know, depending on Internet connection, speed, and a variety of other things.

I have experienced some hiccups with the HD thing too. It seems to be more of an occasional stuttering thing for me rather than bad latency. Mainly, I've had that with streaming sites rather than with games though. Maybe because I mostly play older stuff.

The real tradeoff you make playing on a PC is the far more common need to tweak and fiddle with settings and hardware. Some people find this enjoyable in its own right, but others just want to sit down and plug'n'play the game. I can't fault someone if they simply prefer to cut out all the maintenance involved in keeping a high-end PC going.

By pretty much all objective metrics, the PC is certainly the primary platform for the enthusiast - it by default has the most exclusives, the broadest selection, and best performance (outside of shoddy console ports).

I am always gonna be on the side of a PC, but I have to agree that consoles are somewhat better for gaming. Because they are mainly made for it, and you don't have to constantly improve your console just so you could play a new game. You buy it and you get what you get. On the other hand, PC has to be improved over and over again if you want to stay in touch with the new stuff. Anyway I would never switch my PC for a console because I can't imagine playing a shooter or strategy game on a console. :D

I prefer consoles over PC. I have a truck load of games for my PS3 and PS4 compared to my games for my PC. I always grew playing games on my gamecube and PS2, so playing on console is just the norm for me. Plus it is a bit easier for me to use controllers than to use the keyboard, it feels natural.

I like playing games on PC compared to consoles, more convenient. I wouldn't be spending money buying the different consoles for games I am interested in playing. With the PC it's just a simple installation and have the game going no wire connections. I like using the keyboard more than the console.

I am usually in front of my PC that's the reason why I prefer using it for gaming rather than setting-up the console to the television at home.

I am beginning to like consoles of late. All my time I have playing my favorite games on my PC. But one's preference for PC or console depends on several factors.

For the convenience and ease of use in my own definition I would chose the computer over consoles when I am playing games. I guess it's also more economical.

I prefer PC gaming too compared to its console counterparts. I find it easier to manage the controls, and since I play on a laptop, an extra TV is not required. I also find it much cheaper if money is concerned because it serves other uses.

Computer gaming is better in almost each manner. You may personalize the hardware, however you can’t do this with consoles. anything hardware a ps or Xbox makes use of, you’re stuck with it. If the graphics card in my computer is old and out dated, I can purchase a brand new one, take out the old one, and set up the new graphics card in.
