I have a great rig, 2080 32gig ram i7 etc and get 50-70 fps average (1440p). BL2 one of of my faves and I'm so I'm very dissapointed. I'm writing to vent, but also wondered, have any games ever come back from this?

From what I know PC games that are badly built are never fixed, like Batman, COD, Anthem for example. Lots of people talking about, oh they'll patch it, they'll fix this etc. but has this literally ever happened? A game that runs horribly is built horribly and always stays this way? :(

Only way I managed to get mine smooth was locking to 30fps.

Obviously I don't wanna play 30fps as it looks like a slide show.

But it played a lot better than 100fps.

I posted it in other thread but if any of you are still having issues this helped me a lot, mine is playable now.
I think i have fixed most the stutter, if i turn vsync off and just run 1440p 120hz and use custom cap 80fps. It's still not perfectly smooth like it should be but definitely smooth enough to play now.

Also I found a way to fix the massive amounts of input lag on this game.

Pretty easy fix, turn field of view down all the way to 70, (I had mine on 110)
Also turn all the dead zones down on the controller (mine were on stock)
