    I have fairly decent pc, 6 core i5, ddr4, ssd's, gtx 1080., windows 10, everything upto date.

Doing some testing today and even on the lowest settings 1080p I can't get a steady framerate above 30fps without tons of stutter.

Something really messed up is going on.

    1080p dx 11 everything low/off

If I cap to 120fps I get 100fps and stutter
If I cap to 60fps then I get 55fps and stutter.
    If I cap to 30fps I get 30fps and it's smooth.

Something really messed up is going on, if im at 100fps with uncapped/capped144/capped120 then you would think capped 60 would stay at 60, but no, it gets stuck hovering around 55fps and it total unplayable stutter and lag.

I don't know what is going on with this game but something is holding my gpu back and causing tons of stutter.

    Any help on fixing this.

Even if I could get 1080p low settings 60fps working I would be happy. Right now gpu or something is cutting out at about 55fps giving me very unstable framerate.

Hopefully I explained the problem well enough.

Haven't encountered that error yet. Have you tried looking for it on Youtube?

Yeah I looked everywhere to try and fix the stutter.

Most of people are having same as me nothing is fixing it.

Some say they had success by switching off epic launcher app and going window mode and turning settings up one at a time.

Nothing is working for me, something is artificially holding my framerate down causing it to stutter hard.

I think i have fixed most the stutter, if i turn vsync off and just run 1440p 120hz and use custom cap 80fps. It's still not perfectly smooth like it should be but definitely smooth enough to play now.

Also I found a way to fix the massive amounts of input lag on this game.

Pretty easy fix, turn field of view down all the way to 70, (I had mine on 110)
Also turn all the dead zones down on the controller (mine were on stock)
