I'm trying to build a budget build to run BL3 since the laptop I ran BL2 on really won't be up to the task.

Does anyone know if a Ryzen 3 2200g or the Ryzen 5 2400g will run BL3 matched up to 16g ram @3200mhz?

Not asking if it will run at maxed out 4k settings... but be playable at lower settings?

No idea on this. I think it should be playable on low settings.

To clarify I'm not asking if the Ryzen processor will be sufficient but rather if the processor's integrated Vega graphics will be enough for me to play the game without having to by a graphics card

That question is too technical for this forum. Have you tried asking for it on other gaming forums?

I asked on Steam forums and got told to uhhhh... go fornicate with myself... I just want to eventually play the game and want to know if someone else has done so using the hardware I suggested since I'm not loaded with cash for a new computer.

I think PC based hardware requires revamp on many notes. And on that note the hardware needs some level of fixing on some points.

Try going technical forums. My computer was build by my brother so I can't give you details.

I agree getting on the technical forums definitely helps. And in fact it can be useful in many ways for the clearing hardware related issues too.
