I play the XBLA version. I don't have a PC good enough to run minecraft at a decent speed
I play both the PC and Xbox 360 Edition, but I prefer the 360 Edition because i feel much more relaxed.
Try installing the mod Optifine. It gives additional video setting and optimizes some of the rendering. Makes it playable on a computer with an Intel HD 4000 integrated
I want to start, I played the iOS Minecraft App and LOVED it.
I recommend the computer version. It allows for mods and custom skins and has more base content.
Not nearly as many people are seeing this as I thought.
I wish I could play it on PS3....I don't know if my crappy laptop can handle it but I thought about it. Although the Ipad demo was so very intoxicating.
What are the specs on your laptop?
I played it quite a bit, but I've since moved on to other "projects" so to speak. I can usually only balance one video game at a time since I just plain don't have the time to play more than one simultaneously (gotta make a living out there).
I would play the hell out of minecraft if every tekkit server out there wasnt full of 12 year olds who think blowing up other peoples shit is funny.
I'm thinking of hosting my own 10 slot server for friends once my new ISP sets things up.
I'm planning on purchasing a gaming PC after christmas. If i do, mind letting me have a slot?
Sure I could do that.
I have played the xbla version alot. Great game would love to try out the pc version. I was surprised at first how fun it is. Just by looking at it it does not look that appealing. Glad I didnt judge the book by its cover. If you get my drift.
It is definitely worth the $20 whether you own it on XBLA or not.
I play it on the xbox and really enjoy it. I always wanted to try it on PC but I got hooked on the console when I was little and never ventured far into the PC gaming world.
The PC gaming world is a magical place.
Haha well my next investment will probably be a desktop, I had a laptop but it was stolen so its been extremely tough without any PC. Xbox did finally release creative mode which is fun in one prospective but I still enjoy the survival the most.
Here's a home I built on the top of a pretty secluded mountaintop If you think the pics are too big...get a bigger monitor
