Note for self-person side quest glitch... Help?

    Okay so on this side quest your suppose to kill a Goliath named crank which I did so and then go through the door that has been previously opened due to killing scooters psycho rat girlfriend in a previous sidequest... The door is suppose to stay open I presume... But when I left to do other missions after killing her and coming back to do this side quest the door was closed... And I have no clue of how to get in now because I've tried turning off the Xbox etc. but... It's just not open. So I'd like some help with this please if anyone has found something or having a similar problem?

    Same problem

    I'm having the exact same problem. When I first killed Scooter's girlfriend, either the goliath didn't drop the echo or I didn't see it. I went into the rat maze then decided to come back later, killed the goliath and got the echo recorder, but now the doors won't open.
