OFFICIAL: New character builds section and new stance on modding.

We now have a section dedicated to character builds, feel free to share your builds with the community. Somebody might even be able to help you improve your build!

I have also decided to remove most of the restrictions on modding. You are now allowed to freely discuss and share your mods and game saves in the "Modding and Game Saves" section that you will be able to access once you have 50 posts. This post requirement is to prevent random people from coming on the forum and trying to disguise malware or spyware as mods or saves.
